Psalm 91

One of my favorite books in the Bible that I enjoy reading every morning is Psalm 91. It is a Prayer for my family and friends that brings confidence in God before the day begins. From the early years of my marriage , I can remember walking around my home reading it, sometimes out loud, entrusting an anxious moment or difficult circumstances into the hands of my Lord. This past week, early one morning, I was rushing to get into school quickly, and because the parking lot was wet from dew, and my shoes were slippery, in a split second I lost my footing and seemed to fly up into the air , and upon my landing hit the blacktop. The amazing thing is that I don't have a scratch, bruise, bump, sore muscle , nothing...not a thing. As I stood up to regain my composure, all I could do as I walked into the buiding was praise and thank God over and over! I felt like the angels had somehow eased my fall, softened the blow of my landing . God truely does love us so , to care for us when we just get a little to quick ( sometimes my body movements get ahead of my brain): ). Thank you Lord that You do watch over Your Word to perform it! Good catch, Angels! And Thanks!

Mom, so glad you didn't get hurt! I've had one of those moments on our honeymoon in the rain when I slipped and fell right on my face, thankfully I wasn't hurt and Enoch still laughs about that moment. I love you!
