What's new at the Ellis household??????

Well, it's been a while since I've written (sorry, lil' friends) but our home is adapting to a new little member!! We have adopted a little dog from a friend who is moving and can't take her with them.She is soooooo cute but quite a pushy pig!!!! She likes to take dog treats away from our other dogs!!!Webby and Sneaks are adapting too!! It's kind of a love-hate relationship.Webby, our min-pin has been dethroned by "Tiny" our new little sweetie. She is lots of fun (still a puppy) so she likes to wrestle Sneakers, our fourteen year old Dauchund and chase and growl at Webby every time he gets attention from anyone in our family. She also likes to take his bone and run and Webby usually backs off and goes off to pout somewhere (not like him at all!!!!!)So please pray for me, as I am getting pruned alot. A wonderful week.......

Well, the Ellis gang is home and getting things back to our normal routine!! Mr. Ellis went back to his "nocturnal state" working through the nights and sleeping during the days. Our little doggies, Webbie and Sneaks were overjoyed to see us,as for me, I just completed my "laundry marathon" with my eighth load of dirty clothes(lots of sheets and towels)and hung them all out on my clotheline-it's a "little woman" thing!! We had a wonderful week,lots of sunshine, giant waves to dive into(with rip-tides too),good food like thrashers french fries and funnel cakes,puzzle-completing, and an overdose of Uno and Skip-Bo!!! It was great being at OC, but as Dorothy would say in the Wizard of Oz : "There's no place like home"

Ocean City, here we come!!!!!!

Well, it's Friday night and we are getting ready to pack our car, because we will be leaving at 5:30 in the morning. I love going to the beach, watching the big waves come in, the beautiful sunsets( and sunrises)and the special times we have together as a family.I will think of you my little friends when I'm writing to you and praying for you.Believe it or not the summer is almost over!!!!Befor e you know it, school will start!!So lots of love to you all, I will write again upon my arrival home!!!!Love, Mrs. Ellis

Hello, it's me again.....

Well, it's been quite a while since I have talked to you, my little friends. Sometimes it's hard for me to "enjoy" things like "blogging" or computers because they kind of pull you in and for me I felt like I was getting "hooked on computers". Remember how we talked about how only God is #1??? Even computers can become"idols" in our lives and I really sensed I needed to pull away for a time. I love you all and miss you too!! I have not ceased to pray for you every day... On Saturday I will be taking a trip to the Ocean with my family, but I will write all of my 3 year olds a postcard so keep an eye on the mailbox!!!!Hugs and Hugs and Hugs.....Mrs. Ellis
